Housing Requirements
We have negotiated the best rates with the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association- Housing Group. All teams that are selected for participation are required to make hotel reservations for their entire team through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association- Housing Group. Reservations are required at one of the designated hotels. In the event your team does not utilize the housing group your team may not be accepted to the tournament. Please visit the housing page for more information. You must make your hotel arrangements prior to the application deadline (3.01.09).
Club Discount Requirements: All individual teams must be applied on or before 2/1/2009. Clubs must send in one check to cover all application fees, no exceptions. If you have any questions about the club application please contact Brent Paulson, Tournament Director at bep@fcpride.org
